Located at 265 Cau Giay Street (Hanoi), FLC Twin Towers Project consists of 2 buildings, including a 50-floor residential tower and a 38-floor office tower forming a modern complex of apartments, offices and shopping malls. One of our companies, Thien An Energy JSC, is successfully granted as the contractor to execute 4 basements (using Top down Construction Technology) and 7-floor podium. After nearly 4 months, we have almost finished 2 basements and fourth floor beams of 2 towers.

Mr Nguyen Van Dinh - Project Director said: 'It is in the progress of immediate deadlines, though such is severe weather in Hanoi, you know, in these days, that threat to slow the progress, and particularly cause difficulties to the work of underground excavation, our people have to strike to work any minutes, 24/24, come rain or shine'. 'And we are totally proud to state and guarantee that, with our talented team who are enthusiastic about and committed to making contribution, nothing is impossible', he added.

To ensure the quality and deadline, at present, 50 engineers and some 150 workers have been mobilized to work no matter if it is day or night. Under any circumstance, safety regulations and environmental protection are required to be strictly complied with.

Officers effort to speed up work

According to the plan, in this November Thien An would complete the 4 basements, and the remaining would be transferred in April 2017. The Project director, in a very strong statement, affirmed that we would totally stay ahead of the proposed deadline.
