Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Viet Them, Chairman of TAG, affirmed: 'The greatest asset of Thien An from the very beginning is Staff'. From his point of view, no one else but the personnel have made TAI became prestigious in the field of foundation and technology. The quality can be comparable with many leading units such as Soletanche Bachy Vietnam, Bauer Vietnam. Moreover, TAI has also created its own brand which is appreciated by international partners in skyscraper construction as well as Metro lines.

In that cozy atmosphere of an internal meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Vice Chairman, also shared about the company strategies and plans in the next few years. Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen (Chief Accountant), who has been working at Thien An since the early days, confessed: “While working here, I feel grateful for the guidance and support from our dedicated Board of Directors as well as my colleagues, and the words of our chairman always stand out in my mind: 'Never satisfy with what we have achieved'. Meanwhile, Mr. Do Van Ban (Project Director of the Bach Dang Bridge) said: 'I am fortunate to work in many of the TAI projects. We expect to have more large-scale projects in the future in order to unleash our capabilities to promote and contribute to the development of the company'.

Also on the occasion of this anniversary, TAI has decided to launch the contest 'THIEN AN INITIATIVE' to promote innovation in work, create a modern working environment and habits for creative thinking among all employees as well as expected TAI will have the rapid growth with the utilization of internal knowledge resources.
