In annually health care plan for all staffs, Thien An Group recently held classify health, treatment guidelines, prevention of diseases that staff get.

According to this agreement, after having physical examination, TA employees would be eligible for comprehensive health services, ranging from health classification to getting detailed diagnosis or intensive medical treatment of specific health issues.

On early 24^th May 2016, employees were called on to present at the head office for the blood taking. After that, they were all served breakfast before starting an 8 - hour working day.

One day after, on May 25^th, employees were required to register at the entrance of the hospital to get the guidance on taking medical check - ups. 'We are very enthusiastic and completely happy because of the BOD's policy and hopefully such health checkups would continue to take effect in the future', said Pham Van Huan - an engineer at Hung Yen site, 'And I'm sure this is a very meaningful activity; and this would make us feel safe and feel good enough regarding our health status to continue our dedication'.

Given in the contract, TA's people would be offered a set of checking items, including vaginal examination, blood pressure check, blood test that includes cholesterol, HDLs, LDLs, triglycerides, and other relevant tests. In particular, addiction test were available for male workers.

Asked about her thoughts on the health care beneficiary, Ms Bui Thi HongTham - An accountant at HO let us know: 'We are very excited towards the medical examination as this is the time for us to take care of our body. Yet, no symptom or health issue is expected because we all pray for a good health condition to keep us moving and contributing for our group'.

As recorded, all staffs have completed to check their health, only 3 members could not take the activity on this day due to personal reasons. 

Doctor Nguyen Van Thien revealed that all the results would be carefully analyzed and would be sent to the company on 27^th May.
